The sons of Fingolfin were Fingon, who was afterwards King of the Noldor in the north of the world, and Turgon, lord of Gondolin; their sister was Aredhel the White. She was younger in the years of the Eldar than her brothers; and when she was grown to full stature and beauty she was tall and strong, and loved much to ride and hunt in the forests. There she was often in the company of the sons of Fëanor, her kin; but to none was her heart's love given. Ar-Feiniel she was called, the White Lady of the Noldor, for she was pale though her hair was dark, and she was never arrayed but in silver and white.
I love her face, she is very beautiful ... The bracelet is very nice too... Aredehel is one of my favourite female elves in The Silmarillion, she has a lot of personality... But for some reason, in Tolkien's woks women with strong personalities often have awful destinies
Thank you. I agree about her personality.
But it seems to me that women in Tolkien's works have awful destinies in general, regardless of their personalities.
Guess you're right... And many of the men too ... I know I'm being rude and it's your decision, but you should put this in your main gallery... I mean, I wish my gallery art was as good as your scraps.

But I feel this pic doesn't really do her justice. Wish it was better.
I hope that one day you'll create an Aredhel picture which will be more to your liking
